Melanie Uhlir (Kate Wannemaker) is pleased to have been
a part of this project. She has acted at The Kitchen Theatre Company in
a play for children, "The Refrigerator Caper," by Darlynne Stefanko
in which she played The Popsicle and in the regional premiere of Adam
Bock's comedy, "Swimming in the Shallows" (Donna). She has also
enjoyed performing in several new works by local Ithaca playwrights, including
Kathy Kramer's "The Tadpole Stage" (Elaina), and has appeared
in several local Shakespeare productions including the 2003 Black Umbrella
"Macbeth" (Banquo). Additional film acting credits include Dean
Veccin in "Logos" by Paul Hine and Michael Sorokorensky. Melanie

Phenobarbidols where she played bass and contributed some vocals. She
has been quoted as saying, "I really, really like kitty-cats."
